Daily dispatches from our production facility.
Cash on delivery is available — payment upon receipt.
Track your order using the TTN number.
🔸 Courier (for Kyiv and surrounding areas)
Door-to-door delivery by our couriers or delivery services.
Arranged individually after order confirmation.
🔸 Pickup (by prior arrangement)
You can collect your order directly from our workshop.
Please confirm the address, time, and conditions with our manager.
📦 Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation.
For delicate items, reinforced containers and protective film are used.
💳 Payment Terms
The online store medali.com.ua offers several convenient payment methods for individuals, businesses, and organizations. We guarantee secure transactions, data confidentiality, and official documentation for every purchase.
🔹 1. Cash Payment Upon Receipt
1.1. Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta
You pay for your order upon receipt at the branch or to the courier.
Cash-on-delivery service is charged additionally: ₴20 for money transfer + 2% of the order amount (according to Nova Poshta’s rates).
A fiscal receipt (electronic or paper) is included with the order.
🔹 2. Bank Transfer to Sole Proprietor Account
2.1. Transfer via banking app (Privat24, Monobank, etc.)
After order confirmation, you will receive an invoice with payment details.
Payment can be made via any bank or payment system.
Once funds are received, we will produce and ship your order.
2.2. Payment for Legal Entities
We issue an invoice for businesses and organizations.
If needed, we provide a delivery note, work completion certificate, or sales receipt.
🔹 3. Online Payment on the Website
Pay with Visa/MasterCard via LiqPay or WayForPay.
After payment, you will automatically receive a receipt.
Online payment is available during checkout on the website.
🔹 4. Installment Payment (PrivatBank)
Available for PrivatBank cardholders with an active credit limit.
The first payment is charged on the order date, the rest — monthly.
Installment payment is available for orders from ₴500.
To use this option, select "Installment Payment" and enter your PrivatBank card in LiqPay / WayForPay.
Approval for installment plans is subject to the bank’s decision.
🔹 5. Partial Prepayment for Custom Orders
For personalized items (engraving, custom designs), 100% prepayment is required.
We provide a photo of the finished product before shipping.
🔹 6. Issuance of Fiscal Receipts (RRO / PRRO)
We operate officially and issue receipts:
in paper form (included with the order);
or via email, Viber, or SMS.
Receipts are issued at the moment of actual payment receipt.
🌍 International Delivery & Payment
We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta.
International shipping cost — ₴400, paid during checkout.
Delivery time: 14–28 days.
Order payment — Visa/MasterCard via LiqPay.
Additional customs duties may apply according to your country’s laws (not included in product price).

For wholesale or bulk orders, individual payment terms apply.
Payment in foreign currency is currently not supported.
