Contact us via messenger or email, or place an order directly on the website. For custom items, provide your requirements and a reference (logo or sketch). We will confirm the details and approve the design before production.
What payment options are available?
We accept card and bank transfers. Invoice payments are available for companies and public institutions. Cash on delivery may be available by agreement, depending on the product.
What are the production lead times?
Lead time depends on the complexity and quantity of the order. In-stock items ship quickly. Custom products are manufactured after design approval and payment or advance payment.
Do you work with government or public institutions?
Yes. We provide invoices, contracts, delivery notes, and other required documentation upon request.
How does delivery work within Ukraine?
We ship across Ukraine using popular carriers. Delivery cost and time depend on the carrier and destination. A tracking number is provided after dispatch.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes. We can create awards from your sketch or develop a design from scratch. You can choose the shape, materials, ribbon, mounting type, and add numbering or engraving before final approval.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issue, please contact us and we will assist promptly.
