Register your award

Every award of the civic initiative “People’s Honor” has a unique number and can be officially registered.
Registration allows you to:

• confirm the authenticity of your award;

• preserve the information in the electronic registry;

• make your distinction part of history.

To register your award, please fill in the form:

• award number;

• full name of the recipient;

• date of award;

• nominator’s details (optional).

After verification, the data will be added to the open “People’s Honor” registry, and anyone will be able to confirm the authenticity of your distinction.

The issued certificate already contains a QR code, which allows instant verification of the medal. Additionally, verification can be carried out on the "Award Verification" page via the search form.

⚠️ Important: In this registry, you can only register those medals that were made in the Medali.com.ua workshop
