You can exchange or return an item within 14 days if the following conditions are met:
- the item has not been used;
- the original packaging and product appearance are preserved;
- the product is not a custom order (see below);
- you have a receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Custom orders (with personalized engraving, name, emblem, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
📝 How to return:
Contact us via email or messenger — include your order number, the nature of your claim, and attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
Send the item to the specified address (shipping at the customer’s expense, except in case of defects).
After inspection — we’ll refund your payment or produce a replacement.
🔔 Attention:
If you receive a damaged item from the carrier — you must file a damage report at the branch (together with a Nova Poshta employee).
Otherwise, complaints will not be accepted.
