From Design to Finished Award
1. Idea and Technical Requirements
Send us your logo, sketch, award reference, text or a description of what you would like to manufacture.
If you do not have a finished design, we can help develop the concept and prepare a design for the future product.
2. Design Development
We determine the shape, dimensions, placement of inscriptions, symbols and decorative elements.
Before production begins, the design is approved by the customer.
3. Selecting the Manufacturing Technology
Depending on the design and order quantity, we select the most suitable production method.
We use casting, mechanical processing, electroplating, enamel, laser engraving, numbering and other manufacturing technologies.
4. Manufacturing
Once the design has been approved, the order is put into production.
We control compliance with the approved design, colors, dimensions and required configuration.
5. Complete Set
The finished award can be supplied with:
certificate • presentation case • individual number • engraving • personalization
Materials and Finishes
Depending on the award design, we use different metals and decorative finishing technologies.
Available finishes include gold, silver, nickel, bronze and antique-style finishes.
Enamel and other image application technologies can be used for colored elements.
Inscriptions, serial numbers and personal information can be applied using laser engraving.
Individual Numbering and Personalization
Each item can be assigned its own individual number if required.
We can provide sequential numbering for an entire batch and add a name, unit name, date, call sign or other information specified in the approved design.
Individual award certificates can also be produced.
Award + Certificate + Presentation Case
You can order not only a medal or badge, but also a complete ready-to-present award set.
The set can include the award itself, a certificate and a presentation case.
This option is ideal for ceremonial presentation to service members, employees, volunteers, athletes or representatives of organizations.
Batch Production
We manufacture both small custom batches and larger production runs.
For repeat orders of previously manufactured models, the approved design and existing production documentation can be reused, making subsequent orders easier to process.
The exact minimum quantity, price and production time depend on the product design, material, manufacturing technology and order quantity.
For Military Units and Organizations
We work with orders for military units, communities, companies, institutions, sports organizations, as well as other legal entities and private customers.
Orders can be processed with an invoice and the necessary supporting documentation.
For batch production, we can manufacture products according to an agreed technical specification.

Important Information
The price of a custom order is calculated individually and depends on the product design, quantity, material, finish, number of colors, fastening method and whether a mold, die or other production tooling is required.
Production time is agreed upon before the order is put into production.
